Return, Refund, and Cancellation Policy

At JVA Prints & Signs, we take pride in providing high-quality custom printing, signage, and promotional products. Because most of our products are personalized and made to order, we have established the following return, refund, and cancellation policy to provide clarity and fairness for every customer.
Returns and Exchanges
Because our products are custom-made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or contains a printing or production error caused by JVA Prints & Signs.
If there is an issue with your order, you must notify us within 3 business days of receiving the item by emailing info@jvaprintsandsigns.com or calling (812) 459-8389.
Please include:
Your order number
Photos of the item and the issue
Photos of the packaging, if applicable
A brief description of the problem.
Eligible Issues for Reprint or Refund
We may offer a reprint, replacement, or refund if:
The product arrives damaged in transit and is reported with photos
There is a printing or production error that differs from the approved proof
You received the wrong item, size, quantity, or product due to an error on our part
The item is defective due to a production issue caused by JVA Prints & Signs.
Non-Refundable Situations
We do not offer refunds, reprints, or replacements in the following cases:
Customer-supplied artwork contains errors, including spelling mistakes, low resolution, incorrect sizing, missing bleed, or poor image quality
The customer approved a proof that included the error
The customer changes their mind after approval or after production has started
The customer ordered the wrong size, material, quantity, or product
Delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, incorrect delivery information, or circumstances outside our control
Color variation within standard printing industry tolerances
Installation issues caused by customer-provided measurements, surfaces, or conditions not controlled by JVA Prints & Signs.
Proof Approval
For custom orders that require a proof, production will begin after the customer approves the design, layout, size, material, or project details. Once a proof is approved, the customer is responsible for reviewing all spelling, names, dates, phone numbers, addresses, logos, colors, sizing, and layout details.
JVA Prints & Signs is not responsible for errors that were visible on an approved proof.
Cancellations:
Orders may be canceled within 1 hour of being placed, as long as production has not started.
If an order is canceled after payment but before production has started, a 5% processing fee will be deducted from the refunded amount. This fee helps cover payment processing and administrative costs.
After 12 hours, production preparation and material procurement may have already started. For this reason, cancellations are not guaranteed and may not be eligible for a full refund. If materials have been ordered, design work has been completed, or production has begun, a partial refund may be offered at the discretion of JVA Prints & Signs.
Shipping Damage:
If your order is damaged during shipping, please notify us as soon as possible and no later than 3 business days after delivery.
Please provide photos of:
The damaged product
The outer packaging
The shipping label
Any visible damage to the box or package
We will review the issue and, when applicable, open a claim with the shipping carrier. If the claim is approved or the damage is verified, we will provide a replacement or appropriate solution as soon as possible.
Refund Processing:
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method whenever possible. Please allow 5–10 business days for refund processing after approval. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider, bank, or credit card company. In some cases, additional processing time may be required.
Shipping charges, rush fees, design fees, installation fees, and payment processing fees may be non-refundable unless the issue was caused by an error from JVA Prints & Signs.
